I was walking the dog around the pond this evening and retrieved a 'White Booby' form the grass verge adjacent to the path along the wall.

Given the trouble the Club had last year when a stray hook embedded itself in a dog's paw and the efforts required by Alan and Colin to 'defuse' the situation it would seem appropriate to ask all fellow members and visitors to take extra care and try not to accidentally lose any hooks. This will help avoid injury to other anglers, the general public or animals and avoid potential litigation against the club.
